I went with Verizon in Dec 2023 and within 3 or 4 days found that I didn't have service in my area so within the prescribed time I contacted Verison by phone and was instructed how and by when I needed to return my phones. I had also sent my perfectly good phones as trad-ins . All was done in the prescribed time. Verizon was supposed to refund me $1540.02. Eventually, they returned about half of that back into my bank but the other half I have never been able to get and it is now November 14, 2024. Almost 1 year. I have made many calls and have been told it would be sent to me but never comes. How can I get Verizon to give me my money back?

good luck. I called em a while back to see if they'd help me for an upcoming surgery. the nice sweet lady I spoke with had agreed to give me some credits like 50 bucks a month for 2 months along with lowering my bill.

she added perks and plans I didn't need and actually increased my bill by 35 bucks a month with 0 credits. I inquire about this and was offered 30 bucks back despite paying that for over 6 months now. I know I'm partially to blame for not looking and verifying, however I didn't have a reason to doubt em and it automatically comes out so I never caught it.
