My bill was due on 4-7-24. I checked on My Verizon app on 4-1-24 and noticed a discrepancy. I called the automated service and asked to speak to an agent, the automated Service kept asking me to be more specific, so I said there was a discrepancy on the balance owed for my phone. The automated service says “ got it you would like to pay the remaining balance on your phone is that correct?” I said,”No” three times. Then the automated service says thank you for your payment,.” then I received a text message confirming I had just paid $991.55. I recently purchased this phone in February with a trade-in value of 1000 the value was only showing up is 830 on my bill. So I was calling about the discrepancy, thankfully, I spoke with a representative who gave me a ticket number and said they would be refunding my card within three days.thankfully I had enough money in the bank to cover this and I did pay my bill Monday (4-1-24). But my question is where do I enter this ticket number and how do I track the refund?
