So now my replacement phone is apparently damaged in the front screen before they said the back part of the iPhone mini 13 was broken. But today I was told the screen is the one that was broken. Why I needed a replacement phone was because it wouldn’t hold the charge. NOW I AM LEFT WITH A HUGE BILL. I CAN’T PAY. I BASICALLY PAID 432 TODAY JUST FOR MY PHONE TO BE DISCONNECTED. I also found an error on my bill that I still owed on two devices when indeed there’s zero balance on my account so I basically don’t owe anything but apparently they say I owe $98 each. I am so confused and incomplete stress. I’ve talked to several agent today but now I can’t even talk to an agent or chat with an agent until I make a payment again ridiculous!
