Reps Lied Repeatedly

I have spent close to 14 hours going back and forth with Verizon reps since my original order on Cyber Monday. I went with the bundle deal for a free iPhone 16 pro and iPad 10th gen with new lines on each and a trade in. My bill estimate that I have a PDF of shows a future bill of $79/month. After delivery, being told to buy another phone, ruining my port request, cancelling my trade in, and having me redo the entire order my next bill estimate is double the original.
Iโve been told repeatedly that the amount would be fixed to match the estimate and received email confirmation of this total. Yet itโs still not correct and each rep Iโve spoken to since then said it isnโt possible. The ONLY reason I purchased this deal was for the original quoted price. Iโve never in my worse nightmares experienced customer service so horrific . Please do yourselves all a favor and transfer to another carrier as soon as possible. I will be doing so.
