I’ve asked multiple times for a return box. The rep in at the store ordered me a return box to be sent to me fed ex or ups via the customer care he was speaking with on the phone. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. I have been waiting over three weeks!!!! NOW being harassed for payment that’s your responsibility to send me labels box etc . I have made every effort to return and you have NOT made it easy
