I need to return a set top box and a rental router from my old place. I talked with someone in returns and they said I can just go to a UPS store and give them my order number and they’ll return it. I don’t have any order numbers in my email and can’t get ahold of customer service over the phone. I just need someone to find my order number within my account info so I can drop off my stuff at the UPS
store. Please escalate to an agent, thanks!
