I noticed on the billing there was a significant increase from other months upon review I see a new phone number, Apple iPhone (newer than ours), and Apple AirPods were purchased and billed to our account from Best Buy in another state but electronically signed as my fiancé (account owner) after they confirmed then questioned us on if it was us or not we were told we were going to have to pay a termination fee for these devices/new line. So not only was EVERY BIT of our personal and financial information in the hands of someone they supposedly couldn’t identify but we get to pay for their lack of security and miss out on the upgrade option that was available for both our actual phones.
the phone and AirPods still are visible on our account history the phone plan contract and agreement is still all there showing we signed for something we did not, and we constantly get emails to our email saying we can now pay our bill from an account that isn’t ours but using our email and Verizon says it’s a legitimate email from them not a fake but supposedly the account number and last four digits of a phone number “isn’t showing on there system” also we are told no one is using our email when we have provided numerous screen shots of the email and even gave them access to our phone live and pulled up the email for them to see.. Verizon is a joke
