I've been a loyal Verizon customer for nearly 15 years. Having my service interrupted during the holidays when money is tight for everyone is simply a tone-deaf response. As a customer of this amount of time, I'm seriously considering changing my service - especially with services such as Mint Mobile and other contemporary solutions. $225+ per month for two phones each month is absolutely preposterous, and disconnecting service of a customer who has been a loyal customer for well over a decade...well that doesn't say much about your company.
Before all of the “WeLL PaY YoUR BiLl!” I recently lost my job and my son spent time in the ER - that means everything came out of pocket.
I’m truly sick and tired of the egregious bills, lack of being able to speak to a rep, and spotty at-best service during my nationwide travels. I’m not someone who just signed up a couple months or even years ago - I’ve given Verizon tens of thousands of dollars during my time as their customer.
