I will be leaving Verizon today. I have set up 4 promise to pays and they keep interrupting my service. I’ll set one of for a month out and they’ll cut it off two days later. I’m switching today after I get off work.

Making a payment arrangement to keep your services active is sometimes necessary and we don't want you to have any problems. We sent you a private message so we could look into your account and billing for you.
When you make a payment arrangement before you go past due, your account is protected from interruptions. If you make an arrangement once you're already past due, you can still be suspended or be subject to collections treatment.
