I switched to Verizon about 8 months ago without reading reviews which was dumb on my part. I just assumed Verizon was what I always heard it was. I’m guessing it’s not what it used to be. First of all, randomly my phone will just go into SOS mode no signal whatsoever. I end up having to restart it. This has happened with all 3 phones that have been on my account, new & old. This is so inconvenient when driving trying to follow a map or whatever or during important phone calls. Besides that, when the service is “working”, it’s breaking in & out constantly. Service is horrible & they charge insane amounts on each phone bill, all kinds of little random charges I’ve never seen anything like it. Oh & I was late one month, they charge two late fees? One called a “late fee” & one called a “past due balance fee”. Seriously? lol. I just think switching to Verizon is the absolute worst thing I could’ve ever done. I switched because of an incentive they had with new phones & I regret it. Currently looking for a new phone company so I don’t waste any more money with Verizon.
