My payment for reconnecting my service was just $199 and I paid it only to find out I now have to pay an additional $200 to turn my phone back on when that bill isn’t even a month past due. Just a week. I can’t get through to anyone and with being with Verizon over a year I got on the chat and also let a representative know that I would be making a payment today and to note my account so it wouldn’t get interrupted. For you guys to be as expensive as you are you’re not good with your customers. After this I believe I have to switch back to AT&T because this wasn’t a problem I’ve ever had.
