This is totally infuriating I paid all my past due last week and my service was shut off today with no warning!! I'd go check my bill but the app keeps "crashing" and the automated a-hole tells me my bill is still being compiled and won't be available til Nov 6th!! I HATE VERIZON!!! Sounds like more excuses to add hundreds to my bill. I CAN'T TALK TO A REAL PERSON WHY?!?
