Sneaky Verizon “Free devices”

I recently changed my phone service from Metro to Verizon, right from the beginning people on the other side of the call were mentioning how they couldn’t hear me or that the line kept cutting off, also for some odd reason imessages were either not connecting (not sending) or disappearing completely.

I would be on a call and then lost signal and couldn’t even get through with messages.

Many times I called Verizon and they said “I’ll connect to new tower” “I’ll send a new sim card” “I’ll send new phone”

yet nothing worked.

Also, I can’t even cancel the line or they will charge for the “device payment” Which I thought it was free. Yeah it’s free if you keep the service for a few years and they give you a “monthly credit”

If I didn’t have so many issues with my phone calls and internet I wouldn’t mind staying the 2 years and even more!

I can’t wait to get out of this mess

Having service issues while benefiting from a device promotion after switching to us, is not what we want to see. To help troubleshoot and see what's happening, I sent you a Private Message.
