I have been a loyal customer, that has paid my bill every month for 19 years on TIME!!!! I find out 4 months ago that I was being charged for a brand new phone that I did not have. I have paid quite a bit for it so they were supposed to credit me the money back. Instead, I don’t know what happened but I guess because they had a credit money for that. Then they decided that they were going to put that I owed money on it iPad that we never even bought through Verizon. We bought it Best Buy paid for outright Six years ago, and then they started putting it on that that. In the meantime, I’ve spent three months they’ve disconnected my phones three times they’ve charged me $20 reconnect fee on every single one of my lines which it adds up to be more than $400 for a problem that was theirs that I’ve had to pay for it now, spend HOURS and the HOURS and more HOURS WASTED talking to representatives telling me they understand, and they will help get this taken care of. Nobody is going to help me. They just say they’re gonna escalate it and they don’t and I’m reporting this to everybody. I have multiple tickets and different things in my account that have never even been opened that nobody’s even checked they’ve been escalated and that was over a month ago and I haven’t heard a word. Nobody’s even looked into it.
