2 hours ago went online to buy a new Samsung phone plus Checked out everything was going great finally saved enough money working as a paraprofessional, you charged my card 396.90 then the cart kicked me back somehow. now I have this charge left on my account. No phone No money now, is this how you treat your customers Ive been with Verizon for almost eight years I just cant believe how rude customer service was. so disappointed. had me in tears.
