This has been going on now for more than 3 months. I have spoken to almost a dozen reps to try to solve the credit I am due on my account for a $999.99 backstage for non-return of a trade in phone against a phone that was STOLEN while in the process of being shipped by UPS. VZ did process a claim which allowed me to get a new phone to which I traded in my old phone for the promotion. That should have been it. But a comedy of errors made 3 attempts by various reps to process the credit they all agreed was justified, but rejected each time. I finally got to a supervisor on Feb 27 who PROMISED me he was the person to solve the issue and it would be done in 5 days. It's been 10 days since that call and nothing on my account has changed. He also assured me that my account would NOT be suspended. I have spent HOURS trying to get this done. I've been a customer for 24 years, but this could just change my mind. I don't want to spend another 2 hrs on the phone to wait to get to a supervisor. How do I get to a SUPERVISOR and save that aggravation? HELP PLEASE!!
