I am having trouble with my bill, unfortunately I became severely behind all bills due to my health deteriorating drastically and put me in a deep hole. I tried to speak with an agent to try and resolve this issue at the best ability but it always forward me to an automated system and I can’t ever connect to an agent. Is there any way to go around this issue to speak with an actual person?
