I'm just beyond frustrated with Verizon. My bank account was compromised with all of that my payment via ACH to Verizon came back.
On Sunday I went into a corporate store for more information they showed me how to make an arrangement in app so my service wouldn't be suspended. A new bill had come out while I was getting everything organized with my bank.
Today, two days later, I woke up to my service was suspended. I chatted with an agent who said the promise to pay/payment arrangement doesn't mean your service won't be suspended. Which is the opposite of what the store said and the opposite of basically every other company in the world.
The chat agent said they could turn my service back on by changing my payment arrangement to a future dated payment. But the option would only give a bank account and not the option to use my debit or credit card. 2 hours with this agent. Who at the end basically said welp that's it call in.
I can't. My service is suspended. It just sends you in a loop to pay and then the call disconnects. They set up a call back but I have no other phone. They assured I would be able to get the call on my verizon phone. But here we are past my call back time frame and no call
What do I do. I can pay the bill on the date that is showing on my ACTIVE promise to pay. But I cannot go that long without service
