Suspended Service

my job recently cut back my hours so now I only work 15 hours a week and I need my phone for my job and so I can find a better job so I can pay all my bills. my phone recently got suspended because of the past due bill that I was planning on paying today because it was $180 and I got paid today when I went to go pay it. It says now I have to pay $369 because my Next phone bill is due. I know it’s my responsibility to pay my phone bill but is there anything that I can do to have my service reconnected without paying the $369 and just paying the $180? i’ve been with Verizon for five years and I’ve never had my service suspended before so I’m not really sure what I need to do

Sorry to hear you're going through hard times.  There's a payment arrangement setup you can make:

Payment Arrangement 

If you're not currently under contract, you might want to consider switching to prepaid service, as that's cheaper.  Best of luck to you on the job search.
