Hello, my services were suspended this morning and I created a payment arrangement. I’ve called multiple times to speak to a live agent and the automated system is telling me at this time I can’t speak to a live agent. This is ridiculous I can’t speak to anyone through chat or live agent. I need to speak to someone and not an automated service. I have been with Verizon for over 17 years and it’s getting worse. I’m currently going through financial difficulties and I need to speak to someone a live agent. All these customers and loyal ones aren’t able to speak to a live agent is upsetting. Calling the number doesn’t help at all. There is no way to bypass the automated system. Please resolve this issue
