Switcher Rebate

We just switched four phone lines to Verizon at a local Verizon Store on 11/27/2024.  We were told that we qualified for a $200 rebate on each line, and that offer is also in writing on our receipt with instructions to redeem it at m.vzw.com/rebatenotification.  When I access the site, there are no notifications.  How do I redeem our rebates?

Hi Rosie, thanks for the reply. the link you provided asks for a promo code, but we never received any promo ocde or notification or an email regarding the switcher rebate which was promised to us at the time of purchase.  

What promo code should we be using?
