I paid my bill and they went ahead and took money out of my other account and pay the bill again and say that I owe them both those payments which I only owe them for one payment. Do you think you get your money back? No how do they have the right to go into your account and take money out of it? I'm not on auto pay so how can they do this? They make me overdrawn now.
