I am being told that the teacher discount can only be applied to one service home or mobile but NOT both- Is that true? That doesn't seem right.
Hello Teach1460. The Teachers discount for mobile customers is an account based discount. If you have 5G Home Internet and at least one mobile phone it would not qualify you for two discounts. For more information you can visit https://www.verizon.com/support/teachers-discount-faqs/

If you have both home internet service and cell phone service through Verizon, I thought that was the Mobile + Home Discount, or am I wrong? And yes, discounts and promos are NOT stackable. If you are currently receiving some other discount, be careful about trying to switch discounts around, because I've read of numerous instances where someone got the lesser of 2 discounts and can't get the original, better one put back.
