Teachers Discount

My wife is a teacher and trying to get the teacher's discount has proven to be time consuming an painful. We had the discount for one month and then it expired without any notice.

When I try to renew the discount the web page wants me to bundle a home Fios internet account.

I already have a Fios home account and it's cheaper than what is being offered.

How do I just get the teacher's discount applied to my mobile account without affected my home Fios account?

If you already have some kind of discount or promotion on your mobile bill, I'd be very careful about trying to get the teacher's discount applied, unless the teacher's discount is better by itself than whatever you currently have. Discounts and promos are NOT "stackable". There are plenty of horror stories in the forums from those who ended up with a worse deal when they switched something around thinking they could get discounts bundled...it doesn't work that way.
