I have spent almost eight hours of my time trying to change my phone plan and then to have the errors corrected that customer service made with it. My bill is wrong, although I paid my November bill my bill states I did not, the amount of my bill is wrong, my employer discount was not transferred and I have been tossed around to so many customer reps that I have had enough. I was a customer for over 16 years and deciding to change to another plan should have been a seamless, efficient process. Instead, I have been transferred over and over again to different reps having to explain the same issue over and over again. What a failure. I am looking for another provider to switch to as of today.
