I upgraded my phone on October 2, 2023. I sent back my trade in on October 19, 2023. I have proof of delivery. However Verizon is not honoring my trade in saying it was past 30 days. Is anyone else having this issue. I have tried calling however it is difficult to work with the oversees customer service people. Thanks
