Trade In Not Being Honored

I purchased a phone from Best Buy and took advantage of the trade in offer.  I went through the steps and received the new phone.  I never received a return label to send the old phone back. I received an email from Verizon reminding me to send the old phone back, but never the label.  I have called Verizon a few times and was told I would receive the return label.  Now I have an $800 phone bill that is normally around $260.00.  Two weeks ago, I was told by the rep that I would receive the label on Feb 22nd and that she fixed my bill to be back to $260 for this month and not $800.  She lied just like the other reps.  Verizon is pulling 800 out of my checking account and never sent the return label.  I have screen shots of the purchase.  Verizon also said to contact Best Buy.  Best Buy says its a Verizon issue and they can't help.  Now I have an $800 verizon bill that kills my budget for the next few months.

Pam,   I guess I did not get your note. Was it an email?  I called Verizon and they refunded the $810 charge to my checking account and said it was fixed. Now I am receiving emails and text that I need to pay my bill or service would be disconnected. I am on auto pay. I was told again I would get a return label but it hasn't arrived.  This needs to be escalated to whoever can fix the problem. Would like a phone call from the right person who can fix it please.

Can you print a return label directly from your My Verizon account?
