One star is too generous – I wouldn’t recommend Verizon to anyone. 

I was clearly told that after the trade-in and payment, I wouldn’t owe anything. Months later, I was shocked to discover I still owed over $1,000. After calling for months trying to get answers, I found out my trade-in was never even entered into the system. It’s been a complete nightmare dealing with Verizon’s customer service — unresponsive, unhelpful, and dismissive.

No one took ownership of the mistake, and every call felt like starting from scratch. It’s clear that customer care is not a priority. They’re quick to take your money, but when there’s a problem, it feels like they just want you to go away.

This experience has left me with a deep sense of frustration and betrayal. I’ll never use Verizon again, and I won’t recommend them to anyone. This is not how a trusted company should treat its customers.
