Trade-in adjustment for no reason

Back in Dec I received a targeted email for a free iphone 15 with no trade-in or plan change. This would be $830 off an iphone 15 series over 36 months. I placed an internet order for an iPhone 15 pro and it gave me an option to trade-in my iPhone 13 pro for an additional $340 off. So in the end a total of $1170 off. I took the trade-in deal and $340 was taken off over 2 bills. After 3 bills, the $830 device credit never kicked in so i called customer service. They were able to apply the device credit for 4 months on my April bill but they also charged me a trade-in adjustment of $340 which would wipe out my trade-in discount. I called them 3 more times and they guaranteed me that the $340 would be canceled but i continued to see it on my estimated next bill. They said the estimated next bill won't show the canceled $340 until the April bill is generated.

I received my April bill today and of course the trade-in adjustment was still there. The promises they made 3 times were not met. I'm furious. What can I do now? Would going to the verizon store help resolve this issue? All they need to do is look at the phone order that indicate a total of $1170 off. Phone calls to customer service gets routed to the Philippines. Would i be able to talk to someone in the US by phone?

I have all my receipts and the promo email.

I had a similar problem when they said my phone was traded in for $700. When my employer quite paying my phone, I wanted to switch. Turns out, they put me on a contract to pay down my new phone, hypothetically, by making and removing installments so of $17 every month. It is such fraud. I'm putting Verizon in the Horizon.

From what I've read in these forums, discounts and promotions are not "stackable".  So, I strongly suspect what's going on is when you did the trade-in, the system processed your new phone order only for the trade-in and not the other promotion where you are getting a free phone in exchange for being with Verizon for 36 months.  You can't get both things together.

Oh, wow! Dealing with promotional issues can be frustrating, especially if you are missing discounts. Verizon is here to help.
