Trade in credit issue

So get this, I traded in my device fro ATT and transferred my line to Verizon. They did not apply the credit for the trade in so Ive been getting charged every month. After HOURS of speaking with reps, they finally applied the credit for 6 months and stopped charging me extra. Good solution no? Wrong.
I received a little surprise bill for $350 dollars for โtrade in adjustment feeโ. Priceless. Im looking to change companies after this. Im tired of dealing with their incompetence.
Besides that, I have emails from a Verizon store manager promising to apply a $600 credit for the bill that was owed to ATT (because I also received a surprise bill from them) because the store manager LIED about the โcontract buyoutโ program that did not exist.
All in, Im paying $950. I couldve bought the phone straight up without having to deal with this.

I wish I had read this before joining Verizon. Just switched from ATT and was hoping for a better experience. Serving overseas and just got his with a $350 bill that is recouping a credit that I supposedly got and now they will give a $10 credit back to me once a month for 36 months. This is outrageous. How can they expect someone to just cough up $350 on a moment's notice for their mistake. ATT was rough but at least they never hit me for hundreds of dollars out of the blue. The rudeness of the folks that set me up on the plan should of been the red flag that stopped me in the first place.
