On 8/10/24, I upgraded 2 phones on my account to iPhone 15 and took advantage of the trade-in promo credit. Both old phones were returned to Verizon on 8/14/24 and I have proof of delivery from UPS for both phones. Verizon has never given me credit for one of the phones, and I have been paying for over a year. I have contacted Verizon by chat, by phone, and twice by certified mail to the Verizon Correspondence team. Agents have assured me the issue is resolved, yet I'm still paying for one device. This seems to be a recurring problem, as multiple customers report the same issue. My last correspondence was by letter to Verizon on 5/28/25, and I have not received any response at all.
