Verizon has the device. But they won’t apply credit nor give the phone back because THEY mislabeled it. And now it’s MY job to make sure that they can do THEIR job right. And I can receive MY money back.
Device was sent and received. Customer support agent actually helped me establish that Verizon actually has it. BUT it was not labeled as trade in. Therefore Verizon can’t give me the credit.
Verizon told me to go to the store that I dropped off the device over a year ago.

the solution they gave me is to go to EVERY STORE IN THE CITY AND ASK IF THEY HAVE RECORDS
