Verizon added temporary lines to my account until numbers could be ported from another carrier. When Verizon received my old phone, they approved a full credit. However, the credit was incorrectly posted to one of the temporary lines which has since been terminated.
Despite hours wasted on six chat sessions and phone calls during which I have been assured that the issue would be escalated, the problem has not been resolved. Agents always ask how my experience with Verizon has been. After almost 4 months and hours wasted on the phone, I can now say it has been terrible.
