I opened a new line for the promotion of a new phone at zero cost for my son. This “promotion” was applied to one bill but never again. I also traded in my old phone for a $1,000 credit and it has also been removed from my account. So I am paying for two new phones which were supposed to be free AND Verizon has my trade in with no credit to me. Beyond frustrated.
