I traded in my iPhone 13 for an iPhone 16 pro. Upon the contract I would be paying nothing for the 16. I mailed in my trade in and received an email saying my trade in as denied because the iPhone 13 was reported at lost or stolen. I purchased the iPhone 13 directly from Verizon paid it off entirely and I never reported it as lost or stolen. I called Verizon and was told it was taken care of. Now this bill says I have to pay back the credit I received on my last bill.
