  • Because I know that all my conversations with Verizon reps are recorded I will only say what is the truth. I have spent more than 12 hours talking on the phone trying to get help, I have been to the stores multiple times, I have even sent a certified letter to the CEO.. All to no avail.
  • One of my phones was taking off the promotional credit without my knowledge. After I paid off my phone I was charged each month for insurance that I have never asked for. I have been charged for Google Play pass 3 months now that I have no idea how it was added, and I was assured more than once that it was going to come off my bill. I even went online and canceled the Google Play pass but it remains on my account. 
  • I ordered a new Samsung phone and watch based on an agreement for a trade-in of an S10 Plus phone. When I received the order the trade-in showed my S21 Ultra as the trade-in and the trade-in amount was different than agreed on. I returned the new phone and the watch but they still show on my account and I keep getting messages about sending in my S21 Ultra. I have been assured more than 10 times that this was taken care of, but it hasn't been taken care of. The tracking number shows that the warehouse received the new phone and watch but shows as I returned an S21. My suspicion is that someone in the warehouse now has the new phone. Strictly a suspicion.
  • I sent a certified letter to Verizon CEO of Consumers And yet have not heard from anyone.
  • Verizon bills me each month for more than I owe. If I don't pay then my phone will be disconnected.
