I traded in three phones over seven months ago, and I'm still dealing with ongoing billing issues that cause my monthly bill to fluctuate significantly. Every time I call customer service to resolve the problem, I’m told it’s been “fixed”—yet a month or two later, I’m hit with even higher charges. This cycle keeps repeating, and it’s beyond frustrating. I've been a loyal customer for over a decade, and this is by far the worst experience I've had. When I completed the trade-in, I was assured that any changes to my bill would be minimal. Instead, I’m seeing increases of $130 to $240 each month, not including the $420 increase this month,  depending on whatever adjustments were made.
