Trade in not what was said.

I traded in my phone online, it showed I was getting a $800 credit so I traded in, otherwise I would have kept old phone, after all said and done I sent in my phone. I got an email stating my phone only worth $10. Umm excuse me?? I would have never traded it in. Now of course my time is up where I have to keep the phone. I will never deal with a trade in  like this again... I am looking into a different cell phone provider now. This is not right to say your getting the $800 and then surprise, we give you $10 for the phone that costs over 1000. I would have never gotten the the upgrade because I was already thinking of switching because my bill constantly goes up,  I pay over $300 a month for 3 phones. I can cut it by $100 a month switching. I've been with Verizon for many many years, and this is my last straw! Not a happy customer!!  Love how you can't say certain words in a post that are true..

Hello, Mommad75. Help is here. Do you have the submission ID and tracking number for the device in question? We can check on this for you.

This is terrible. I'm still waiting for my device credit and if they pull a stunt like this, I'm going to be livid. Sadly, it seems their customer service has gone downhill over the years. I'm sorry this happened to you.

Oh, no! Dealing with billing issues can be frustrating, especially if you are waiting for a credit.
