Last month verizon sent me a message of 1000$ tradein credit for my iphone13 if I upgrade to iphone15 pro. My iphone13 is in very good condition but I went with tradein just because good offer from verizon. Received my new phone on Sep 27 and sent back old phone on Oct 20 in UPS in the boxes verizon sent to return the tradein.
Now verizon says ups took 10 days and delivered on oct 30, so its more than 30 days. and 0 tradein credit for old phone. This is ridiculous as I sent in their ups box and their labels and shipped much ahead on Oct 20. How to make verizon not steal by good phone for free ? Any suggestions.
