I’ve sent two iPhones in as trade ins that got there on the same dsy. Verizon admits they have it but can’t seem to apply it to my account to be me credit . This along with countless billing issues with my first bill and customer service reps that can’t understand me make this the worst transition ever. I can’t believe i switched from T-Mobile. I’m paying absurd amount of money and they refuse to credit me for my trade ins. I hate this

same issue; but for airpods. I returned them in November, confirmed received by their customer service two different times, and confirmed I would be credited two different times. I have case numbers and everything. I'm going to write to an executive at this point, or see if there are ways to handle via the state government consumer relations or something. Service is horrific.
They will reach out, you may think it's done and feel satisfied, and then nothing happens. Very frustrating and something is broken within their process.

Hello, daddyox3. My apologies to hear of your expeirence but rest assured, help is here. We want to do all that we can to restore your faith in us. I know you have done a lot to resolve this issue but we will be reviewing this with a fresh set of eyes so I do need to ask you a few questions. Was anything wrong with the AirPods? Do you have the tracking number to show proof of return?

The airpods were returned unopened as I didn't need them
The tracking number has been shared 2-3x with VZ already and confirmed returned. The tracking number is 1Z90A26F9064115513 It has been confirmed received at dock at 9:09 am 11/24/2023.
I have a case number assigned by Verizon 1017683. I was told to expect a refund in 3-5 working days. That was 11 days ago.
I also have a confirmation ID from Verizon- 51e38e4f-4717-431f08778-fffa0c3a25ce
