This is ridiculous. I've tried numerous times to call in to Verizon to transfer ownership to myself since my mother died. Online I'm getting an error message that isn't even addressed in the qualifications. I went in to Verizon and they were super ruse and quick to turn me around and get me out of the store because "they didn't have the authority to do that" W.t.h. is a Verizon brick and mortar store for then? My issue still isn't resolved. Guess I'll have to wait til I have an entire day off to sit on hold with Verizon. Thanks for making this the most difficult process ever.
