Just curious how and when the 20% increase in the fee for the daily travel pass was announced. I found out this week when I landed in Europe and got a text telling me it was now $12/day, not $10. I think some advance notice would have been in order to those signed up for the travel pass option, so that we could explore other int'l coverage options as appropriate (an e-sim or pay as you go plan, perhaps).
It's not like Verizon doesn't raise prices all the time on long-time customers -- but at least usually there's an email saying "for no real reason except corporate profit and to pay our CEO more, we are jacking up your plan and/or reducing your discounts." Not this time. Or did I miss it?

I didn't get any notifications either, so it's not just you. Using a local carrier's service (if your phone is unlocked) is the most cost effective option when abroad. The Pay As You Go rates are expensive...it depends on the country, but I think I saw in the range of $2-3/minute.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
