Knowing all the details of your charges is crucial. We can definitely check on this for you together. The Travelpass session starts anytime service is used on a phone. This includes anytime data is used for an internet connection even when a call or text is not made. Many devices that use data/internet like Smartphones, Tablets, etc. will use data at times even when the devices are not being used directly for calling, texting, and internet. When this happens, a Travelpass session can be initiated. However, this can be prevented by turning off the device or putting the device in Airplane mode.
