Trying to make payment arrangement I’m a bedridden patient can’t get in contact with customer service

Trying to make payment arrangement I’m unable to reach customer service to extend my arrangement it has being difficult due that I’m a bedridden patient and I don’t have access to go to a store or location. Will appreciate any help and information.

Otherwise, the only other option would be to reach out financial services team at 866-266-1445. They are avaialble Monday - Saturday from 8am -10pm ET and Sunday from 10am - 7pm ET.

 

You had mentioned not having any luck reaching customer service. What specifically happens when you try to contact us?
