Hello,
I recently turned in 4 phones for the recent promotion on any phone and get a promotional rate. I returned in 4 phones in the same box but only 2 got the promotional amount. Warehouse claims all 4 phones were received, but Indian and the Philippine call centers can't help. No one calls me back to help and now my bill is doubled. I feel dupped because all my family phones were paid off. Any one have any tips on how I can get this resolved without doing small claims in my area?
