UNRESOLVED INTERNATIONAL PROBLEMS

I have been with Verizon ever since they bought Altell and the past two months have been the WORST experience I've ever had . It started off with me being proactive and getting the travel plan on my account. I asked the woman if the location was a part of it because I didn't see it on the website and she assured me multiple times that it was covered. Fast-forward it was not covered. And now I have a humongous bill because of poorly trained agents who don't know what the terms and conditions are nor what is covered underneath certain plans. I have spoken to you multiple Verizon wireless agents since the end of August and they have all said that I should not have been charged what was reflecting on my bill and that it was going to be erased and I had nothing to worry about. I did see the money taken out of my account the whole amount that they have promised was not going to be taken out. So I called again and they say oh so sorry about that. We will get this squared away right now. Hang on the line. I'll get my manager and then assured me at the end of the call that everything was going to be back to my account. So now today, my services have been cut off and I cannot get in touch with anyone until I pay the minimum balance of the whole amount. I have the conversations recorded on my end also. I will be discontinuing service with you. I am with a customer for almost 20 years. Verizon is good until they mess up on their end and now you're stuck with the payment that is wrongfully due.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

NitaShay, So many years have passed since the Altell days and don't want your issues to go unresolved, especially after 20 years! A private message wil follow, we will look into the international charges and determine the next steps to sort this out plus what can be done to restore service ASAP!
