UPS Lost Trade-In

I sent my iPhone 13 Pro back in October 2023 through the UPS store for a trade-in promotion, but it was never received by Verizon. I have not been receiving a promotion credit for months now, and have tried talking with customer service several times but they have been no help. They have told me they would adjust the credit and submit a support ticket, etc., but I have not heard anything back. I don't understand why I should be paying full price for a device that someone else lost.
