For 2 months now I cannot pay my bill through the app! last month I removed my bank account and reentered the information and it keeps saying it’s unable to link. I try my card and it says my zip code is wrong but it’s not wrong on Verizon’s or my banks side. When I tried to fix it last time I just ended up having to have my s/o pay my bill because nothing was working. I’m so over this when I didn’t have issues when I first joined this bank back in Dec but for some reason now I am.
