For 2 months now I cannot pay my bill through the app! last month I removed my bank account and reentered the information and it keeps saying it’s unable to link. I try my card and it says my zip code is wrong but it’s not wrong on Verizon’s or my banks side. When I tried to fix it last time I just ended up having to have my s/o pay my bill because nothing was working. I’m so over this when I didn’t have issues when I first joined this bank back in Dec but for some reason now I am.

Hello, e2025, we know it's important for you to be able to make a payment via My Verizon. You mentioned you removed your bank account information previously. Was there a particular reason why your account was removed? As far as adding it back, are you attempting to add it to your wallet or are you looking to add it to Auto Pay?
