A charge got added into my account without my consent, which from what I've seen is a supper common issue, it's been going on a few months and I just found out that I've been paying an extra 25$ on top of some other small charges, I looked to see if I got any confirmation about this anywhere being added and it was marked as a spam text, I need to get a full refund on this because this is insane that this has happened, does anyone know the process to deal with this
