Had a manual 10 day payment extension, I received a text confirmation and everything. Fast forward to today and my service has been suspended with no options to speak with a human. Completely ridiculous.

I had the same thing with them telling me to pay the past due and still I have no service and I received the email saying that they took my money saying they woul turn it on amd I am still waiting and can't talk to a person or use the app
My husband is taking me to Att today and I am thinking about switching
